Paulo Dybala’s move to Roma is all but done. Dybala has completed his Roma medical and is now ready to sign the contract which reportedly includes a release clause worth around €20-25 million. The 28-year-old is expected to wear the Number 21 jersey, the same he used to wear at Palermo and at Juventus before taking the No. 10.

Roma medical test completed

Because the squad is in Portugal for their pre-season training camp under Jose Mourinho, the Argentina international had the medical tests in a private clinic in Albufeira, having traveled to Faro on the Friedkins private jet from Turin.

Paulo Dybala’s contract with Roma includes a release clause worth €20-25 m

According to Sky Sport Italia, Roma have won the race, and that the Argentina international will sign a deal until 2025 worth £5 million (€6m) a year, including bonuses, at the Stadio Olimpico. The Giallorossi held out for around €30 million for the release clause, but the final amount should be for around €20-25 million in the end, an amount that should be satisfactory for both the club and the player.

He will become Roma’s fourth signing of the summer, after goalkeeper Mile Svilar, former Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic, and right-back Zeki Celik. Svilar and Matic were also free transfers.
